In order to operate well and serve the interests of the members and the SACCO, each of the governance organs of the SACCO shall be assigned its duties and responsibilities. Although the duties and responsibilities may be distinct, they should be complementary to each other. The principal organ shall be the Board/Committee, which reports to and is elected or appointed by the members during the general meeting. Nevertheless, all organs shall work in harmony to promote the interests of the SACCO.
