Governance Organs

The SACCO shall have the following governance organs:
a) Members/Shareholders
b) Board of Directors/Committee (Executive Committee)
c) Management Staff

The members, through the Annual General Meeting shall elect a Supervisory/Audit Committee. The Board of Directors/Committee shall also select within itself sub-committees to handle such matters as related to Credit, Human Resources, Finance and any other matters as deemed necessary from time to time
